Cheapest I can find you’re holiday for is about 9 with normal flights did you go through an agent or are you a repeat guest.
Holiday prices will have went up quite a bit since he booked it. I booked a 2 week holiday to Turkey about five months ago for next summer, was 6.5k, now it’s 9k😲

6:5 k to go to turkey 😂😂😂😂😂  how many people is that for ? That’s ridiculous.
Two adults and one child (15). Of course there are cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for, I prefer branded drinks and a la carte restaurants😉

If you ever get the chance to go here in Antalya , it’s worth it. Expensive though , if you book a villa , they pick you up in your own helicopter from the airport! They even have their own lounge & terminal in the airport for their guests.

I was in Antalya in July, there are some outstanding hotels in Belek but not much to do outside of the hotels, we stayed in Side which has a beautiful old town and has more shops and restaurants etc, we also stayed at Lara Beach a few years ago. Next year we are trying a different region and going to Fethiye.

It’s not about having nice things. If you work hard and can afford it why not.  It’s the constant bleating about them.
Lots of people are really struggling and the morons on here flaunting their ‘wealth’ turns my stomach to be honest.
Again just my opinion and I really don’t care if I get slaughtered with the usual bile.
Have a nice day

That’s true , tbh there was so much to do in the hotel we didn’t need to leave it. A week in summer for 2 adults 2 kids will probably cost between 10-15k now…. Steak 🥩  & lobster 🦞 for breakfast though , was so nice

I booked and paid for this holiday in full in Nov 2021 mate with TUI....I think prices must of skyrocketed...the food, staff, resort is top notch here though...and Emirates planes and food are unbelievable!

I've also got a week in Lanzarote in March next year booked and paid for already for less than £1500 for 2 of us all inclusive in a RUI hotel...that holiday  will be cheap and cheerful  :)
price higher/work harder!

Most of us have struggled in the past financially...I know I did for many years but those days are behind me now through discipline, hard work and building a better business over the course of the last decade or so....

Hi Daz hope you’re having a good time yeah Riu used to be good hotels, you got a good deal where you are at the mo like I say can’t find it any cheaper.  If  you get the chance to book at the resort while you’re there for that sort of price and you want to go back i would do it m8 sort the flights when you get home.

RIU hotels are decent enough, we used to go to them regularly when the daughter was younger.  It’s the night time entertainment that let’s them down IMO,  it’s mostly done by the in house entertainment team.

Why are you on here if it turns your stomach? Morons? Usual bile? You sound like such a negative individual, calling people names without anyone even mentioning you . Try being positive, you life will change for the better

I’m a negative individual because I have an opinion that you don’t agree with? You don’t know the first thing about me.
What do you want me to do go along with all the back slapping and congratulating each other and maybe post some of my expensive holiday pictures? I really don’t think so.
Why am I on here? Very very good question. It’s a strange addiction  I suppose.
I’m pretty positive as it goes and quite happy with my life thank you. I’ve done this job for a very very long time and have always felt lucky that by just cleaning dirt off glass I can earn what I do and have had the life I’ve had so far because of it. Certainly don’t need to flaunt it.
But you carry on if it makes you happy.
I will though concede that there is no need for name calling so I’ll take the ‘morons’ comment back.

Not at all - I wasn’t saying your negative because you have a difference of opinion. You’ve turned a post from dazmonds holiday into a , we should all be quiet because people are struggling post. Like wth , people have always struggled and will always struggle in life.   Talk about putting a damper on things , if you don’t like hearing about people that were once struggling and now enjoying life because they’ve ‘made it’ to a better place in life then don’t read it if it upsets you so much.

It used to be a good forum where people came for advice and exchanged ideas. Unfortunately only the braggers are left these days and it’s turned into a sideshow of how much I can earn and look at me on my holidays kind of site. It’s the equivalent of idiots posting pictures of their dinner on facebook. Unfortunately it’s the way of the world where manners and common sense have gone out of the window and it’s all me me me!
Just laugh at the posers standing in front of the gym mirror and don’t let it get to you.
Generally I just laugh and look at something else.
 ;D

What’s even funnier are these are grown men trying to show off like spoilt brats.

I find it so strange how people get offended by someone going on holiday with their hard earned cash and writing about it  . I could understand it if dazmond was a scammer from a call centre , scamming old lady’s to make his money .
Would you get offended if he went on holiday and  posted pictures in a caravan in north wales?
