Hi ive been washing residential windows for over 20 years and never knew how to get my foot in the door for commercial,then i was asked to give a quote for this building.just wondered if anyone can help me price it up please.cheers

Those balconies aren’t doable with those railings you won’t get the brush through them , but apart from that we would be £450-550 outside only , we do loads like this take two guys 1:5-2 hours once first clean is done .

Cheers matey i was already thinking around £500,there is anothed slighter smaller on and both have a total of 57 apartments.and was thinking if charge 800 for both that works out at £14 each or £1000 for both would mean £17.54 per flat just sounds a bit over priced.thanks anyway
