water pump hammering?

Does anyone know why my waterpump would be hammering?

Mine did that as it needed adjusting with the valve on top of the pump.

Check to make sure calibration isn't to high,I often have to lower calibration in hot weather,i
If after that the pump is still making a noise that would tell me pump is on the way out
