Efflorescence and red Algae removal from render

Hi, Got this render clean to do and just a tad unsure on the best way to tackle the efflorescent on this render.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

are you sure its effervescence ?

are you soft washing it?

personally I'd need a close up photo - but I would say from that a good hypo solution is required to get off all the organic stuff and see what it looks like after

if your sure then a quality brick cleaning cleaner/acid will be required - then treated with a control chemical to prevent re-occurance

however I think your looking at water staining  degrading the surface - but as I say need a better picture

Thanks for your reply Darran,

I tend to agree with you on the water staining, I've done quite a few sand & cement render cleans with some similar type staining but in much smaller areas.

A good 4% agitated hypo wash should do the trick
