Hi All.Been building up our wfp cleaning business over the last six months. Did anyone find they lost weight when you started, I've lost 5lbs in the last 3 months and was getting a bit worried. I have had a lot of stress in the last month with wife being ill and I probably wasn't eating properly. We've had some quite hard/busy schedules over the last few weeks cleaning also. I did a desk job previously and was pretty inactive. Sometimes at work I do feel it especially doing gutters/siffits/cons etc. Any feedback appreciated when i started in 1992 I was a traditional cleaner , and when I went wfp in 2005, I actually gained weight, as I was no longer running up and down a ladder.when I was in my 30's I didnt find gutters and fascias that physicvaly hard but the past few years (I'm 50 now ) I have found them increasingly more knackering. so I work smarter now and let the chemicals do the work (hypo is now my go to chemical)

Hi Simon/Smudger, I'm 56 and been sitting at a computer all day for the last 30 odd years so maybe not surprising! I do enjoy it though, earning three times less but love it 10 times more! Bungle, I'll try the sushi/beer diet ( maybe swap the sushi for a chicken vindaloo!
Have a £22 sushi meal and 2 Japanese beers. It'll soon pile back on
