Hi all

I have one van every days soft washing for the last 10 years and we have damaged a lots of things lol, but still  once in a while we will get dead grass / bushes that are directly under the walls we clean.

Bushes are wetted and covered, the soil is covered as well, but the chem still gets into the soil. We use chem socks for run off into grass but I've been thinking of finding really big ones for putting directly under the walls we clean.

What does everyone else do?

Care
Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

Never have a problem mist down plant  and bushes before during and after we do hundreds of properties per year never get any complaints occasionally we might kill the first 4-6 of grass if it goes right up  to the house wall  but that’s it . We never cover anything, sounds like your staff are a bit careless to me .

I  water down several times , before during and after, as much as I can . I always have a hose or a spare back pack close buy all the time .
before I start I have a thorough look around at everything.
I will add I have only been softwashing for 2 years , so I am still learning. perhaps thats why I am so careful?

I use hypo on gutters and fascias now  nearly always , although for these jobs I only use a weal 1 part in 10 mix

Sounds like your using too strong mix 5 /1 is adequate for most jobs i find
