Iv had tennis elbow for years ( pain in the forearm of my left arm) , probably a mixture of heavy lifting in the gym and window cleaning over the years. Started going to physio every 2 weeks in January this year, then slowly down to once a month. I have been getting cupping therapy. Wow what a miracle, the relief from cupping is amazing and my arm is pretty much 95% better now , iv actually just received a set from Amazon for £22 and works just as good as what I was getting from physio. Not sure if you can put it on your foot though but definitely helps with knots/aches & pains.

8 Iboprufen a day? Careful Daz, can do nasty long term damage to your stomach that stuff.

Took 4 yesterday and I'll take 4 today and see if I can manage on 2 a day by weekend...

I've had no trouble with my stomach as I take them with food(but they do make me  feel a bit sick and dizzy occasionally though)...
