They train for a living how many people that work day in day out do you know push themselves like proper athletes,their all juiced anyway the one with the best doctor wins it’s been proved time and again. Most people that go to a gym 3-4 times a week are  just passing time.

Most people would struggle to go out and do 4-5 days work manually if they trained hard unless they were 20-30 years old.
