Im in the process of setting my old 4021 EZ pure system back up with new membrane , Alex Gardiner used to have a video of setting up but i can no longer find it and cant remember exactly how it all goes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The merlin is quite different to the ez pure I believe .

It’s more similar to a 40/40 , just can’t remember which way the membrane goes in and the water connections .

If my memory serves me the end caps where secured in place by metal u shaped 'clamps.'  (Like the clamps used to remove a car radio.)
These instructions are for a Champ housing. The end caps are secured slightly differently.

Someone suggested using a T radiator valve screwed into the port to release it. There is a Youtube video by Mark Munro.

Then it's remove and assemble a new membrane to these instructions. These instructions are for a 4040 but the 4021 is exactly the same.
