Yes.....its really windy here too although its forecast to ease off a bit by lunchtime......its strange as it seems to die down for a min or two then the gusts start again.....

At the moment it looks like I'll be sacking the day off as the winds are still forecast to be around 45-50mph which is too windy for pole work....also I won't do a good job...the windows will not dry clear if the gusts keep coming

Unlike on Friday when the winds here just outside of Bristol were in the 40 - 70 range and I didn't work they are 20 - 40 and decreasing.

So I'm working.
It's a game of three halves!

Still very strong winds in the South especially on the coast another day won’t matter in 6-8 weeks we will all be saying we need a day off,I can see everything that’s going to be getting cleaned being hard going I can’t see anything looking like a maintenance clean for the next couple of months.

There is no straight forward answer to this question it all depends what the weather is like in each area some will be able to work some won’t .

Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

I mooched about for an hour trying to decide then just said to myself crack on and come home if it seems daft.

Once out and done a few you get in the groove, 300 quid cracked off and home for 3 lovely job.

Went out today.
Very windy.......
Did back of house and then front.
Thought I would check windows before I left.
Back we're covered in  dust specs  :(
Just shows how much crud gets thrown about!

We’ve had two complaints from Friday and Monday. One called again to cancel the call back as the rain washed off the marks from Friday. I had exactly the same experience. Windows covered in spots by the storm we’re cleaned off by Saturday and Sunday rain.

So for us, absolutely worth working both days saving 14 lost man days.

started at half 8, rained off by 9 started again at 9:45 and ended up with a record day £376 of windows. Animal  ;)
