When you’re out there actually cleaning the windows you tend to get more of a handle on the customers thoughts on cleaning windows in inclement weather. If anyone turned up to clean my windows on the day of a storm they would be sent packing.
More strong winds coming Monday.
Its not overthinking ( well by some anyway ) its balancing work/quality and safetyI agree that not being on the glass detaches you from the customers - sometimes thats good, sometimes not - as quality is my top priority we wouldn't clean in 40+ MPH windsHaving said that if you wish too, who am I to say thats wrong .... I know some on here are very desperate to go out regardless of weather, circumstances, risks to employees health etc..Darran
Of course she is not complaining. Louise's windows weren't cleaned because of the storm.
Passive aggressive ? oDarran
