At the moment I am thinking of changing our survey froms to something a bit more professional looking, i was wondering if anyone would care to send me some samples?
We use a schedule of accomodation form supplied br Robertson International at the moment, which allows us to enter size, type of area, unit counts of various items etc, but it is very difficult to ensure that all information is actually entered, many thanks in advance for your help
