I had cancer removed last year, it didnt hurt as much as the biopsy they did on my leg.
Was advised to take two weeks off, couldnt do that though and it wouls have bben expensive if I did, that should be a deterent in itself.
I use copius amounts of suncream in the summer, factor 50. I use organic to try to limit the amount of chemicals leaching into my system and screwing me over.
One customer who luved in Australia said they use zinc cream out there, I will look inot this soon as its starting to get hotish some days. I also have a factor 25 t-shirt, found it online.
I'll look for a long sleeved one this year and try it out, I wont be able to handle it if it sticlks my arms and impedes my range of motion though, we,ll see. I now wear a burkha hat as it keeps the heat off my neck as-well as my head, face and ears.
I believe this stuff ( skin cancer ) can show up years later, I have some on my head and lip that'll need cutting away sooner or later. I think sun cream or some form of protection is very wise, even wiser if you research which type to use
Better safe than sorry.
