Where can I get these screw nut fittings from?....these were a nightmare to get off the old pump...I ended up hacksawing one off as the screw end got chewed up so I've only got 3 bolts on the new pump which will be fine for now but I want to replace all 4 at a later date...

You certainly know know how to make an easy job complicated daz - or maybe it’s that over complicated heated set up 

I would say they are standard bolts you get from b&q but you would need to check the size

Knowing grippa you could email them for replacements as no doubt they used some obscure size so they are special order and price

I would make sure the new nuts, bolts & washers are stainless steel. You’ll thank yourself the next time you have to remove them.

They look like nylock nuts - they have a bit of plastic in that the bolt cuts  a thread in and they are designed to not vibrate loose. The one you cut off take it to toolstation/screwfix and see if they have something suitable - ideally in stainless steel to stop it rusting.

The pump is just awkward to get at with it being in a cabinet...luckily it's the first time ive had to replace a pump in 4 years of getting the heater installed

Thank goodness - in 12 years only ever had a ne pump fail - took 15 mins to fit 

Hopefully you will have it sorted before feb 2022👍😃

3 nuts will be fine dont worry about it 2 is more than enough to be honest they are rubber mounted so not an issue
