Surely if you have been sucking resin through the pump and continuing to work like you did won’t the  resin have gone into your webasto or through your brush jets?
I would imagine if it’s not come through the jets then it’s likely to have melted somewhere.
Bad electrical connection will throw up weird fault codes on the controller. Pretty sure ps is one of them.

No it's not...PS is pressure switch activated...it comes up ERR when i try autocal which obviously means error

Let’s face it, it would be a massive engineering feat for Dazmond, probably involve a screwdriver and a jubilee clip, lots of photo’s and advice from the internet 🤣

Well there's summat wrong if you need the cal at 99. Mine's at 49 with cold water and flow at 30.
I can't believe neither Grippa nor you have fitted a strainer!

The V16 is a fantastic controller.

I run mine without pressure.
Maybe that's the problem?

Struggled a bit this morning again too...I tried auto cal and it just kept coming up ERR...

Same thing the pump either DE or PS with  cycling in between....no continuous flow...finally got it to pump continuously by flow on 46 and CAL on 99(reduced down to 45 once my water was hot)....

Could the pressure switch be faulty?

Once I got it going its been great all day..it dead ends quickly after turning tap off at pole even with very hot water

While PS is displayed the controller will struggle to auto cal this is because the pump is not running. so there is nothing for the controller to detect. A high calibration figure does make it more likely the Pump pressure switch will activate rather than being dead ended by the controller.

The cycling between DE/PS was likely due to the High calibration as the pump pressure would activate on occasion because the controller would be slow to DE at a high Cal value.
Once there was consistent flow at 46 and Cal 45 the controller was working as expected.

As this is a hot system hoses will expand more once there are warm and you may find cal can come down a little more as this will make the controller quicker to DE the pump. A suggestion here is to run auto cal with flow rate set at 46 with the hoses cold.

The reason for doing it with hoses cold is that sets the maximum end of Calibration for the system as the Hoses warm and expand Calibration would be lower. By setting the Cal with cold hoses we give the system some flexibility.

Note the discussion around resin beads. It is a possible cause of pump problems as the beads can block the pump head vane in worst case scenario. That said at the moment as the controller has found the right cal for the flow rate and set that seen im leaning more toward it being a case of setting up with the new pump.

Re a faulty pressure switch its possible you have been unlucky, But again as the system has found its sweetspot that seems unlikely. Have  good Christmas/New year Break

thanks ian...very informative as usual!this morning i turned up CAL to 65(flow on 45)when i turned my heater on then turned CAL to 45 when the hoses got warm(15 min drive to my first job)...it was cold first thing this morning

worked like a dream today!the pump is so quiet you cant hear it over the sound of the webasto! :)

i think the pumps fine...just needed tweaking a bit...
