Fairly sure I had it way back when all this started in January 20 but we weren't aware it was here at the time, it had only just been announced it was in China but had all the symptoms. I put it down to the worst case of flu I've ever had at the time, turned out it had been here  since the  beginning of November at the very least.

Had it twice so far. Once at the start of the pandemic and a month ago. Both times it was not too bad

Had it twice now ffs!

Second time was a lot scarier though. Burning sensation in the lungs and massive memory loss/confusion. I got the second lot via my eye as I had an eye infection just before testing positive. Happened to mention it to customers and a few said they had an eye infection before testing positive.

Seem to be left with confusion/not being able to complete tasks, shortness of breath and fatigue. Currently exhausted by around 12pm every day and I'm getting a lot of sleep!

Also sense of smell and taste are not the same. On the first infection I lost it for around a week.

Strange you should say that. My wife had an irritated eye before hers started. Were you vaccinated for either of your Covids?

Tested positive for it today.

Felt crap since Tuesday and now I know why.

Had it November 2020 as well so round 2 for me.

This time it's been bad fatigue to the point  I've not worked last 2 days, continuous cough and mild headache. Bit of nausea this morning but it passed. Mainly just feeling knackered.

Started out same last time then progressed to shortness of breathe, fever, confusion and ended up bed riden.

Hoping it doesn't get as bad this time  or worse ::)roll

No i only had 1 jab back in May

I will admit I have panic attacks and needles make me faint.  Ended up having the first jab and almost passing out in the tent in front of everyone.

Too scared to go for another haha

The vast majority of us will have had it ( Omicron ) by the spring. Its inevitable unless you're going to hibernate for the next 3 months.  We were going to have mates over for pre Xmas drinks. But seeing as we want to see both sets of parents Xmas day and boxing day, we're postponing the social get togethers until the family bits done. In fact , I'd sooner get the infection done and over with before I return to work in the new year.

Some of my customers are really stressed. We have been lucky working outdoors. Only time I really worry is whilst shopping. Not caught it yet but fully expect to eventually.
Holidays don’t excite me these days, I find other people to be pretty selfish and the thought of cramming myself into a jet plane of germ bags very unappealing.

I think a lot more of us have had it than we realised.

Lateral Flow and PCR tests aren't 100% accurate and my kids have been off school with Covid like symptoms after negative tests.
It shot through their school and affected dozens if not hundreds.

I was ill 9 days with the first jab and 5 weeks with the second in July. I'm still not properly well now.

It wasn't conjunctivitis and yes was more of an irritated eye. I had the first jab and was booked for the second one but got it a week before the second jab was due to be done. Booked in next week for a booster though.

My brother got covid back in march 2020 and was ill for 2 weeks but symptoms were just mild/moderate.

Hes double jabbed and hes got covid this week, said its the worst hes felt in a long time.  Spent 2 solid days with fever, breathless, painful cough, fatigue and even hallucinations.  hes been in and out of bed for 5 days now and symptoms slowly starting to calm down.  Hes said overall second lot of covid was more intense than the first time but came and went quicker overall.
