Give me a price for......
« on: December 14, 2021, 05:30:24 pm »
Farriers Mews, Abingdon, Oxford.
Google it and give me your price for a one off clean for the L shaped and adjoining block.

Apologies!   I thought that it was quite a simple process to type in "Farriers Mews" and then look on Google maps!  My mistake.

I understood your instruction, in that it was a request for a price with extremely unclear directions (L shaped and adjoining block). I think it’s ridiculous to ask people from all over the country with different rates of pay and pricing structures to view a job where you can’t see all the work that is likely to be part of the job, nor can you see how dirty the job is and when it was last cleaned and you’re asking for a price.

If a customer approached me with those restrictions I wouldn’t even bother replying.

You want a price, not saying whether it's for a quote or if you want to see what others would charge compared to you.

You don't give out the correct information other than a name and say "Google it"

Then you say a ballpark will do.

How's £25k, 50% upfront and I'll get it done in 2022
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

As an aside, can you give me a price for the windows on the square shaped house in Windrush Road, Keynsham. It’s probably on Google maps.

Cheers  ;D;D    ;D
