Yeah mate.....I'll be flushing the whole system once I've drained the tank and hoovered up as much resin beads as I can.....

Just flushing the system and fitting a strainer will be fine Daz. You’ll be emptying your strainer of resin beads weekly for years to come but they never get through to your pump, atleast mine never have.

I won't be doing that Danny!I'm not taking my reel out every week and unscrewing the cabinet to get to a strainer....I'll clean my tank out properly....my karcher wet and dry vac is very powerful so I'll get all the beads out...

Takes me about 3 seconds to unclip my strainer and flush it. No matter how good you hoover your tank the beads will appear everywhere regardless.  ;D

Hoovered all the resin up in the bottom of my tank,thank god for the karcher wet and dry vac!it's ideal for this job and very powerful
