I have customer thats been with me since 2004.
I just never liked her. Kind of woman that always gets what she wants, kindof bullish. She hasn't ever been rude to me but you know when you just get that feeling that you don't like someone with the vibe they give off.
The job was dangerous and after doing it for a while I said I couldn't do certain windows because of that. I was hoping she'd get someone else but she said just clean what you can. This was after her texting me asking whether I could use a man safe system to do the dangerous ones.
Last time we were there she got the hump with moving her 4x4 off the drive. It's irritated me and I don't want to go back.
Having said that she's never skipped a clean and pays quickly. Also have a customer next door which complicates it. If I bin her off she's bound to be suspicious if I turn up at the neighbour. She left me a positive review on google that I imagine she would swiftly change to negative.
Funny how little things in life get to you.
i would dump yes, definitely
working for people like this does your head in and make you get pe'd off with work and eventually hating going to work.
you're not their servant and its not worth it.
also, people don't worry about reviews. look at the biggest in the business.. i know a few more, but a certain Mr LP has pretty poor google reviews .. but he's got an amazing business and thousands of loyal customers who are more than happy with the service they get
the guy's in my area mostly have little businesses with amazing google reviews
is the point of your business to get the most positive google reviews, or is it to have a great business that earns you good money and leaves you happy enough to keep it going?
google reviews don't really matter in this business... whatever those internet marketing gurus and google try to convince you
if you cant stomach dumping them put their price right up... hopefully they will cancel, and even if they don't you'll feel like you're winning because you're just charging them extra for their crappy attitude
