was thinking about this thread today as i was working .
today I was cleaning larger properties as in detached with conservatories .
on each property I looked at them and broke them down as to how many 3 bed semis would be in this one property .
so for eg . house no 1 was the equivelent of doing 3 3bed semis , but I was charging the same as just over two
and it was a similar story on all the others .
my hourly rate was still the same as I wasnt having to move as much etc , but I was using more water, and cleaning far more windows etc.
so in the new year a lot of these larger properties are having a price increase.
I agree with stoots on this one . 3 bed semis are a doddle to bang out , so I will be targeting more of these .
the only downside with the 3 bed semis ( new build ) is that they are often occupied by younger people that i find to be the slowest or worst payers . and of course you need a lot of them .
All the houses I did today were retired or semi retired.
they all pay on the day or within 48 hours .
