Been asked to quote for new build house. It’s all easy apart from some upstairs windows are door length and have a sheet of glass on the outside running from the bottom of the window to about half way up to stop people from hurling themselves from the building. I think there’s about five inches of space between the two sheets of glass and don’t think I can get the pole between them. How do you guys clean this type of window?
That is where a swivel gooseneck comes in handy. I get the brush into a vertical position by using the swivel and lifting the base of the pole near to horizontal to get through the bars then clean as normal.
It's Glass not bars.I doubt you can do it. I don't know of anyone who can or anyway it can be done.Just clean the top half and tell them they'll have to do the rest from inside. You could always ask HMan.
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?
Go inside and trad those you cannot get to.
