Hello fellas ive just started a round aiming at the more expensive parts of London i.e St.Johns Wood and surround areas with a couple of other forum members Propole and Scotty Ball and their WFP system. Im using my sales skills while they use their excellent cleaning skills. The problems i am experiencing is after the first clean a lot of customers after being told in no uncertain terms that the service is every 8 weeks are blowing out come the second visit. Its a different game to your local rounds where ive never really had any fallouts come the next visit. Its a lot more specific as well timewise. With other rounds locally i used to try and turn up on the due day after 4 weeks as closely as possible but of course never narrow it down to an appointment time especially with the weather. The quality of the clean is not the issue, just convenience for the customer. Ive phoned many customers after the 1st clean to let them know we are due and a lot have come out with y excuses i.e not gonna be there, found cheaper, etc. Now these people have basically had their windows on the cheap as obviously one- off cleans are priced at a lot more.
What i wanted to know is if anyone is doing the same sort of properties and how they guarantee they are not being mugged off into doing one offs. I dont really want to go down the line of drawing out a contract as that seems a bit heavy for domestic work, even though these are a lot larger properties .ive thought about printing an appointment section on the back of my cards with there next due date and time, so after the clean you hand them the card and let them know you will see them in 8 weeks at that exact time. Any other ideas from anyone will be appreciated.
