I'm always on the hunt for a bargain, so I can understand when customers are trying the same & try not to let it bother me.I used to offer a one-off €5 discount each time a regular customer recommended me to a friend and they signed up for regular cleaning. It was a handy way to get a few extra jobs with very little effort and the customer felt like they were getting a reward too.Incentives for referrals are good - but the standard cleaning price would NEVER go down...
