Hi which is the best internal kit , I need to reach about 4-5 meters high, I don’t want to change my wfp over, I’m after spray and pads job, your input would be welcome

Unless the windows are 99%  clean  from my experience pads and spray are a waist of time and just created a right mess . We always use an applicator and squeegee , guaranteed results .

i happening to know that there is a new internal cleanings system coming to market very soon by one of the big boys and it being launched at the show

This is all you need, Gardiners sell them both plus pads, don't waste your money on any of the overpriced nonsense  that sprays the glass, instead just spray the pad before extending the pole.
