My van has gone in for a bit of body repair as a bus clipped the side of it and I’ve been sent a replacement van with an H20 Ionic system in it,I have to lift the reel out plug a hose in to the outside port and into the hose reel what a complete faff that is. I’ve been almost bent over double reeling it in and lifting it in and out the van is nothing short of a workout, who voluntarily uses this system to work day in day out they must be nuts.

Some of us work in some areas during the cleaning schedule it is best to lock the van up and not leave the rear doors open.In better areas we leave the rear doors unlocked but the doors closed.Once when the doors were open an inquisitive cat got in the back and marked his territory inside.
A stainless steel hose reel with 100 meters of mini bore on must weigh close to 40-45kgs it’s an Ionic system I would have thought they would have moved on from these by now, systems are a work of Art their poles and hose reels are stuck in the mid 90s.
It’s a hernia inducing ball ache more like.
Dreadful setup that is anyone using that setup wants to be listening to Duran Duran on a Sony Walkman.
