Glue on windows
« on: July 12, 2021, 08:47:24 pm »
Hi all,

I have a external window clean coming up. The customer has informed me that the windows are new and have glue/sticky stuff on. Will the wfp clean this or will I need to get on a ladder and wipe it off with a glue remover.

Will Ubix/screw fix degreaser remove this if I spray on my brush?

Many thanks

I personally  won't touch  glue remove stickers  what so ever I always tell the customer  there's a chance  of scratching the glass soon puts them off  also I can't  be arrrsed fannnying about.but if you do   alcohol based hand gel works used it to remove a price tag

I was in a similar situation and told the same thing to a few of our clients and I believe that is the best course of action.
To be honest I think it wouldn't be bad to be included in the services information in a website.
