It was the only product endorsed and recommended for panels by the Solar Power Company itself.

Noticed your Somerset based so possibly not too far from Bristol? I have around 5x25 litres of 15% Hypo that I'm prepared to sell if interested.

Mole Avon sell it for £13...until it becomes a banned product like everything else seems to.

What’s in it?

Info is lacking. There was no spec sheet but it was supplied via Solar Panels South West.
It's the only product that they approve.

There is also 'wet and forget' that does a similar job but is very old.
A bit of research yields that the key ingredient in most of these solutions is Benzalkonium Chloride.

It's an 'apply and forget' product so I'll update it periodically and see if it's actually any good.
