Cv19 risk assessment

Hi everyone, does anyone have a cv19 risk assessment made up that I could copy and paste?
It’s for the inside and outside of a single storey office complex. ???

My web browser is Firefox. When I click on the link it downloads to my Downloads folder.  There is a small icon in the top right hand message bar that shows a blue arrow. If you click on that it will open the attachment.
