if its on the bend I would say don't risk a repair as this is under stress while cleaning.
I repaired a section 1 of my SL2 - but that was easy as you can slide the end up inside the base part and it locks on the taper then I glued them together

This was my thinking mate, was just curious if anyone had tried and succeeded in repairing one
Before Gardiner's came onto the carbon fibre telescopic poles scene, we used modified Zenoflex Putover fishing poles.
I stood on one. I repaired it with fibre glass resin and some fibreglass mat. I cut a length of mat and wrapped it around the whole pole section several times. Got all the air pockets out and the section worked fine after that. This pole was made in taper sections so wrapping fiberglass around the outside wasn't a problem. The repair wasn't pretty.
I would imagine the same process would work for your gooseneck. The section you apply the fix to needs to be lightly sanded and cleaned so the fiberglass resin has something to adhere to. You need to be careful of the resin seeping through the crack in closing or restricting the inner cavity where the hose runs.
You might need to drill a small hole in the broken section and screw in a self tapping screw to pull the splintered pieces back to where they should be.
