I’m usually getting lots of enquiries this time of year but the phone is definitely quieter than it has been for the last few summers. Anyone else noticed the same? Like most I did have an unusually busy period throughout COVID.

No we are the busiest we have ever been now booking add on jobs for September and October as we are so busy and actively turning work away that’s a first .

Gone quiet here too after a crazy busy March/April. Happy with that tbh with the summer holidays and a few school and College cleans due in July.

I had a flurry of interest in April and May and I still get about one walk up a week and enquiries about add ons which get passed on to Dan the Man.

But it's quieter now. Which is nice.

I'm very busy with both new customers and add ons.
I've been putting out 4k leaflets a month, but I now can't cope, so i'm reducing this to about 1k per month.
Also the missus has decided 'i'm working too much' and I think she might be right.

we were very busy march and april, and then may helped with a leaflet drop..  quieter the last 2 weeks.. but then more commercial is coming back now so thats got me on the van half this week sorting that out

steady trickle as usual....id hate it if my phone was ringing every day with new enquiries......a few new jobs on the books and a few customers have moved over the last few weeks.....

Tons of enquiries came in for April and May, couldn't keep up.  It has gone quiet now though.

Doesn't matter though as ive started my lead generation campaign to get me in a ton of new regular window cleaning work.

As others have said, if its quiet, then do something about it.  Make sure you are in control of the growth of your business.

what frequency is this work thats took you 10 weeks to clean?im only ever a week or 2 behind due to holidays/xmas/sickness/injury...the rest of the time im bang on time whether its 4/6/8/12 weekly.i only have 348 jobs though.....

My hole round takes 8 weeks to complete normal but pressure washing and gutter cleaning has gone mad this year
