Does anyone on here take Glucosamine and Chondroitin as a daily supplement for joint pain?I started taking daily from Monday this week and never felt so rubbish - stomach cramps etc - i've since read that this can be a side effect, has anyone else experienced this and are the side effects likely to lessen if i continue?
I think it's a total load of rubbish all that junk they sell in Holland and Barrett and those other rip off places.Eat a healthy diet with loads of fresh food not takeaway's or burgers or KFC and you won't need any supplements. Most normal healthy people don't actually need them.
Since I started taking glucosamine and cod liver oil my tennis elbow and bad back has not returned so it’s a thumbs up from me
Hello Innocence You could try these instead if your supplements keep making you nauseous I’m a great one for buying supplements not taking them 🤦♂️ Then throwing them away when there out of date 😳😁Heard sulphur is key in fighting joint painI think glucosamine is good but expensive 🤦♂️Bit like blueberries 🫐 super food, expensive When red currants are a lot cheaper and just as good Read reviews in link and do a benefits of sulphur search 🔍 on google and YouTube Stay well 👍Leehttps://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00K930YD6/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_glt_fabc_HMMBAHHCW0129PFF87DA
