I like the dupont supreme. It cleans reasonably well and the extra splay is quite good for cleaning sills.

Unfortunately the only way to really find out is to try several brushes for yourself.

If I find a brush I like I stick with it a good while to avoid buying another brush. The last brush I bought (the supreme) was about 18 months ago.

i like the supreme stiff brush...its great with hot water and for flicking spiders nests out of the corners of frames....i also use standard xtreme stiff brushes for lots of work with awkward windows, sometimes a SL flocked too for delicate wooden/leaded windows or a dirty first clean....

you will get 30 different answers on this thread.....brushes are a personal thing.......i use a variety....ive even got a 35cm ultimate 4 jet brush for a regular artwork clean i do on a main road....
price higher/work harder!

I use a 35cm Ultimate tapertec, whenever I have to change to the 26cm brush it feels like I’m using a toothbrush 😁

Cleaning windows is a science, it’s an art, poetry in motion, rocket science, precision engineering all rolled in to one; which is why I use a superdoopperwooferslimlinehypertechylightystiffywiffy . Unless I’m doing leaded windows then I use a broom.

The best advice is try a few different ones, then stick with the one you like best.

It’s all down to personal preference, you can’t go by other peoples opinions.

I dont know why people have multiple brushes.

Whether its maintenance, first cleans, connys or fsg etc i want the lightest possible brush.

So for me its the extreme for everything... i use the stiff version as it lasts much longer then the medium one.

DuPont wide Extreme x1 + the smaller version
Flocked wide Extreme x1+the smaller version
These 4 brushes are adequate to clean any window we are now at the stage in the life of WFP that we have almost perfect brushes,if you have those 4 in the van with nothing else you would never be stuck.
