I have a round in south Shropshire, 10 mile radius of Craven Arms with lots of isolated properties in the sticks £25 - £80 each with some £15 - £25 in villages. Mostly bank transfer with some cash an cheques.
All WFP (45ft required) all scheduled 8 week turnover with a handful of 16 weeks plus a timeshare holiday complex.
I do 4 weeks on 4 weeks off 4/5 hours a day to suit myself but it could all be tightened up if required, and to be fair there is a bit of traveling.
Turnover £13,700, there may be a couple of drop offs so asking for £3,500
