What heater you using Mike ?I would say 60 degrees would be about top end before becoming to soft and also deforming the bristles of any brush your usingDarran
During summer months i have had my water up to around 70-75 at the brush head with a gardiner stiff brush and hot water PU hose , worked fine but dont think you could go too much higher without problems.

I have a secondary bypass that put most of the pressure back into the supply tank so can go really low with the pressure but still get very hot water to the brush
