Just got 1st customer on gocardless
Only because he was destined to be dumped

Constantly forgetting payment 🤦‍♂️

Question: he’s signed up how do I take payment

Is it the create payment green button top right? On dashboard?

I’m monthly but often run a few days late
So just want to bill customer when I’ve cleaned windows

Yes that’s right. Hit the Create payment button and type on the £ and press Create payment. That’s it. Simples. I believe the customer will get an email notifying you have requested the money. It takes about a working week(for me)  for the money to actually hit my account.

Customer kept who I was gonna bin as always needed reminders to pay 🤦‍♂️👍
