Invoice books
« on: March 10, 2021, 06:52:55 pm »
Evening guys
Anyone use a company online to print custom invoice books so everything is printed out so you just add the amount and customers details, I currently  print my own at home but would rather buy a bulk load  that are on a nice pad ready

I use a company off Ebay for my quote books - sounds similar to what your asking for - has top white copy and bottom yellow (self carbon) copy.

Invoicing we use cleaner planner and either print or send by email - but don't do invoices for general window cleaning

Hi
I have used cherry printers in the past cheapest carbon invoice pads I have found.
However if you are not vat registered and just doing domestic why bother with invoices at all, just have some payment cards printed right the date and amount , 30 for 5 k on solo press . If you have Aworka or cleaner planner your work done
On there is your sales ledger?

One of the first things I ever bought when I started up years ago was an invoice book, five years later it was still kicking around the glove box unused,  I think I have only ever given one out to a domestic customer and probably did that just to have used the book,
George does my comercial invoices otherwise you may have to look into how often you will use it.

We use Xero and can send a quote off my phone from it..

And can then click agreed and send an invoice with a link to pay online too

It’s very good
