If a 3 month extension goes ahead in next week's budget we can probably expect a few more movers.

Just had one move out of an £18 house into a £12 house that was sad  :'(

An £18.00 house. What was it a dustbin?

That’s what I’m talking about 🤣🤣 surely that can’t be a house 🏠 lol.

I'm hoping it does. In the middle of a move but early in the process so no chance of completing before end of March. It's a lot of money and it'll be a huge bonus as we budgeted to lose it.

The moving is not because of the stamp duty in certain areas people in the know realise the market and are moving now to get ahead of the game,in 2 years time when property has fallen a big % they’ll be ahead of the game we are talking houses that won’t get knocked down 5-10k more like 100-200k off of the now asking price.

So all these ‘people in the know’ are all moving on to less expensive properties are they?

Millionaires downsizing  to avoid possibly losing £100k in property value.  ::)roll

The houses that they’ll be moving into will be just as inflated.

Deflection tactics again😆  All because you can’t back up a statement that you made about ‘ people in the know ’ moving house to cash in now.

What a load of rubbish , house prices won’t be falling they are drastically increasing down hear , as they are in most parts of the country . There is always peaks and troughs in property prices but it’s always a safe bet long term to invest in property .
