I got a delivery note through the door last week indicating the courier had been but couldn’t drop my Gardiners delivery off, instructions an’ all.....
I’d also received an email from Gardiners clarifying this, at the same time the courier indicated he’d been round. In the email it asked I Gardiners to organise redelivering the parcel. They got back to me within 5 minutes, confirming they’d arranged with the the courier to leave the parcel where I’d needed it dropped.
You can’t knock Gardiners for customer service, they’re almost as good as Oakley Window Cleaning.
