Site looks great!

One thing that is frustrating for everyone at the minute is not being able to speak to someone or having an online chat function. I'd put your phone number right at the top so it's easy to contact you. A 'call us' button is simple and easy.

Also, most people know what they want, so a quicker search bar function might be advisable? At the top and centre. Once the item is in the basket, from there, you'll be able to promote 'you might also like...' for those impulse purchases.
