Covid 19 Statement of best practise

I had to knock something up earlier this week. Its meant to be RAMS but its pretty poor, anyway, I think it'll suffice - they haven't said otherwise and I've spoken to the company since about other issues.

Had to do this last year at the end of March companies need it for their insurance.

Really ? I've just renewed my public and employers insurance and they've added notes to remind you that your policy doesn't cover you against pandemics or war. This might have always been in the small print but it seems since covid they are making it more clear to read

If you are going inside buildings and members of the public are coming and going the management company will want it if you are to carry on,if we hadn’t had provided it we wouldn’t have been allowed to continue it just means you have to adhere to COVID guidelines ie gloves face masks etc.
