Hmmm...
Saying 99% of user don’t have an issue isn’t true.
What you could say is we haven’t had complaints off 99% of the users. If you actually asked them which they prefer and why, you would find out what those other 99% think
And also you’d need to ask the people who orders them previously and don’t buy off you anymore
You have a small
Sample of this forum where the question came up, and the feedback isn’t great
But it was only when uou scratched the surface that you saw the number of us on here that don’t like them
I don’t expect you to change them though as they work better for your business, and as long as that’s working out for you why change 🤷🏻
Like myself If people don’t like DD and WFP cleaning I’m happy for them to go elsewhere.
Hi Richard – to be more precise I could have said that less than 1% of our brush users have contacted us with issues 😊 Of course even with these few that have contacted us, most of them have had the problem resolved.
This product is working well for us overall and we have no plans to change – however we would like to help any that do have issues so that this can be resolved – ideally, we would like 100% happy users 😊
We believe that moving forward these issues will stop happening entirely as our new protective gooseneck design is rolled out – even a heavy-handed univalve operation will not be able to damage them.
It would be difficult to fully assess how many of our customers have gone elsewhere for brushes as we do not track customer’s repeat buying patterns – also brush preferences change over time in any case. From our perspective our brush sales have increased by over 65% since releasing the jet capsule system – perhaps our brushes were going to grow in popularity anyway – who knows?
