clx sticking

Hi guys, the top section of my clx has started sticking at the clamp, then obviously when i loosen the clamp off it starts spinning ,any advice please?..cheers

Remove the section, give it a clean, apply dry PTFE spray and reinsert. Should do the trick.

I would try changing the delrin shim & maybe the spring. It may be the top inch has worn too much even for the shim to take up the slack if I'm understanding you correctly.

A smear of epoxy two part glue on the top inch can sort it.
