So in conclusion to the hot water debate. If your workload, type of work and the climate you work in dictates it's need or is beneficial then go for it. If you're watching the ｣'s , can get by without and are happy to continue that way then don't. Who cares, no rights or wrongs.

I would say to anyone starting out first thing you need to do is obviously go WFP and then whenever finances allow get a hot system.

I used to put an oil filled radiator in mine to stop the frost stat from kicking in, it used to wake the neighbours up.
