This is a difficult one we have dumped jobs considerably dearer than that , when taking on customers regardless of price I explaine we clean in all weathers within reason 12 months a year , we will how ever try and accommodate the customer by doing it on a dry day the week it’s due if we can but if not it’s done in the rain if that doesn’t suite then by by 😎😎 . Depending what the job is £125 for an hour and a half’s work isn’t good money if it’s commercial , if domestic then it’s ok .
of course its good money......it is to us northern window cleaners anyway.........
personally id have a word with them and say "if your not happy with the clean then dont pay me".......if it carried on and they kept turning me away of course i would let it go...even at £125 a pop......as long as your not turning up in torrential rain with gale force winds then they need to relent or lose me...they are being unreasonable IMO........there will be no difference in the clean if its light/medium rain......
£125 for an hour and a half’s commercial work is very poor we work on a minimum of £100 per hour per man and don’t have any difficulty achieving that , domestic £125 for the same time is ok .
so are you saying one man brings in £700 a day working 8 hours a day?(an hour knocked off for lunch/drive betweens)for commercial work?your prices must be very high.......
i cant imagine earning anywhere near that amount in one day.......
On commercial work yes and on some stuff considerably more than that , we travel all over the country doing well paying jobs wouldn’t be worth it for less . Ime not saying we do that every day of the week but certainly 5 days every 6 weeks guaranteed, when doing big softwashing jobs easily 2-3 times that figure per day without breaking into a sweat
You’ve waited patiently for 4 days to let us know how much you earn, finally got there in the end, well done. 😂
Lol not at all you have no idear what work we do , the number of staff , or the contracts we cover , or evan the types of work we do , the bigger contracts are obviously more complex jobs some working on 8 storey you arnt going to charge the same for that type of building as you would a house , or if you do you won’t be in business for long , also all staff are trained for specific types of specialist work this all comes at a cost that has to paid for to get theses contracts , that’s why it pays premium money .
And still have time to go and put a fire out. Sorry, but you seem to be the only person on all the forums who does so well, all the time. Is it coincidence or something else?
What is your company name?
