If you think its too high then manually reduce it. Set it to 50 and see how it works. If the pump starts to cycle (On/off) then increase it until it stops cycling on the flow rate setting you normally use.

If you are using microbore and the water is cold then the settings need to be higher. We presume you have your flow running connected to your pole hose when you are setting the auto calibration.

If you like a high flow rate then the calibration setting is going to be higher as the pump needs more current to push that volume of water through the hose.

If he didn’t have the flow running the v11  comes up with ‘err’ for error. Not sure about previous versions.

Edit - Won’t be on earlier versions as I don’t think they had auto calibration.

Will all have an impact on the calibration setting  of a control. Each system is a little different and based on preferences such as Flow rates the cal value will be different for each system.

A Cal value of 66 in itself is not and issue particularly if you like to run a higher flow rate.
