I look at the house and the area it’s in and if it fits in with other work before I offer the time between cleans,ie I wouldn’t offer 8 weekly to a job I do down a lane in the back and beyond if I did next door 6 weekly I wouldn’t want to have to go out there again 2 weeks or so later.

Hardly game changing stuff, common sense really.

By your own words, you’re  often upto 12 weeks late anyway so in that instance you’d just bunch the 2 cleans together so no need to make 2 separate journeys.

I am late on a lot of work but I no longer have any crap work so it’s all good in the hood,when I take people on I’m the dog that wags the tail not the other way round or you will end up like a Taxi driver.

Had to say no as i have just done that area and cant be driving all over, its just messes your round up.

Picked up a new regular customer this morning on the same street as a booked in one off ( well an as and when maybe 3 times a year at good rate ). £20 tip from the one off. What a complete waste of time.

Had a text the other day , from an ex custy who dumped us in the summer cos his sons mate was starting to do em . , told me with a big grin on his face . Total bell bend . . Asking if we can fit him in before Christmas. I replied we will be round Christmas Eve about 10 . He replied , brilliant wife will be over the moon . Big smiley and thumbs up emojis . Cant wait for his text later that day .
