If you kept it for a few years and chucked it in the skip what’s it cost you, absolutely peanuts.

Yeah and that’s what you are doing when you don’t switch off or dead end and plug straight back into the hose next to the reel Grippa fit, same principle.
About 10 quid a day to run hot water for 3 years roughly 🤣🤣 you want to get some better paying work then.

Quote from: NWH on December 08, 2020, 10:13:58 amIf you kept it for a few years and chucked it in the skip what’s it cost you, absolutely peanuts.Around 4.5K to have it fitted. Around 1k per year or more in extra diesel, plus whatever you spend maintaining it. After 5 years you are looking at around 10K minimum, which is a long way to buying a new van.

Just surprised you think these Webasto heaters cost "absolutely peanuts" to buy and run. and you are spending in excess of 10k over 5 years just on the diesel to run it.
I have 4 brand new ones sat in my shed , the great thing is all 4 cost less than what Daz just paid for his service
Gotta admit it, i would like supple hoses. But i reckon Daz has spent nearly 10 Grand in total over the last few years, apart from anything else my missus would kill me
