Is this a spring co troller ?

email Ian Shepherd - explain what's happening and he will give you an idea of what's wrong - spring do repairs - cost is dependant on problem

ive had 3 repaired over the years and a really old labeled as pure freedom which Ian said was too old to repair so binned it

Hi My email is is ian.sheppard@springltd.co. Have you had any luck during the day with the controller. One suggestion would be to remove the faceplate and check the buttons are not sticking.

Also how old is the controller please

Cheers
Ian

I will keep an eye out for the video as it will be useful to see what is happening.

With the buttons I was just checking they move freely with the face plate off. There is a white spacer that sits on top of the button so its between the button stub and label, sometimes these spacers move slightly and holds the button down.

One controller maybe, 2 controllers with the same symptom, hmmm.

Have you accidentally reversed polarity  when replacing the battery?

Hi Spruce.

In fairness to Andy in this instance the controllers do have a fault and they are going to be coming back to Spring for us to check out.
Cheers
