Squeegee app issues
« on: October 21, 2020, 04:39:37 pm »
Any one else having issues with the squeegee app, it seems like every update has glitches

To the point where I'm looking at going back to cleaner planner which I'm not keen on because since the forum closed the development seemed to stop as well :-[

I keep needing to log in every time I open the app today. Very frustrating. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are making some big changes to subscriptions etc right now.

I’m generally very happy with the useability of Squeegee so I’m hoping they sort this out ASAP.

I'm fine but my franchisee can't use it at all.  Not good at the same time they're hiking pries up.

cleaner planner doesnt need developing anymore IMO...its perfectly fine as it is and its super smooth and slick to operate.....i once had an issue with email invoices a few years ago...it was sorted out within a couple of hours via email.....also since rob sold it to silicon valley its cheaper......i currently pay £15 a month...it used to be £18 a month.....well worth the money to me.....
price higher/work harder!

They used to use json files until about a month ago. The sqg file is the new backup format. I'm not sure you can import an old version, you will probably need Squeegee support to do it.

I did, no reply, probably till 5th when back to the office...  Cant blame them, but not helpful as no mention of back up and restore in training files.

The sqg file restore is not working.

Did back up and tried to reset all outstanding jobs, but it removed some jobs from next weeks schedule, now trying to go back and fresh back up file not working. Should be easy  to do but tried with few files on both mobile and desktop and no luck.
