I just use these standard business cards from VistaPrint (http://www.vistaprint.co.uk).

I keep them basic, and find that they work fine. I think that having loads of graphics etc... on leaflets can look a bit tacky.

I recently ordered 2000 of these for £35.17 !

all i did was knock up one on my pc. put the name in a fancy font a colour, listed underneath about insurance, then the type of cleanse i do and lastly phone no.s and e-mail address

spend the 35.00 on ink cartridges and paper, do A5 size and get two to a sheet of A4

dave, looks different to other leaflets why postcard size? do you think people will keep it longer on there notice board for later? layout looks ok.

steve m, tried the leaflet design rout but dont seem to have a artist streek in me as i said below showed it round my first attempt and well didnt go down well.

gary, that looks good, did you design the window cleaner as well? this is the sort of thing i am looking for actuall examples of leaflets that have been made. very nice thank you all for replying hope to get a better response soon. :D :D

Hi Paul, re: postcard size, Just that I personally like the size, it has enough space to put the message across and I get 4 from a A4 sheet which makes the printing cheaper.

 ;) Cheers Dave.

Gary,
thank you i like your graphic and i am in the process of trying to design flyer and buisness cards. it takes ages to get wording right and pics in right place as i am shure you know and as i am not profecent in any of this as it is new to me. its one of the more difficult things for me to do.

easyclean windows
now thats very interesting, layout pics etc. gives me a better idea what can be done.
i do not see many business cards and searching on the net does me head in and alot of time wasted looking at sites which are not suitable for the type i wish to produce.
i take it the pic of the wfp next to tucker logo is a tucker one and is copyright to tucker?
that sort of picture/graphic is what i am considering for my leaflet. it does look good.
thank you for taking to trouble to post i know it takes time to do and i am very greatful for the time you have both taken.

to every one else on the forum who reads this
keep em rolling in i am not the only one who is looking for ideas. well over 200 people have looked at the topic, so there must be some interest?

thank you all again

regards paul  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi all, just a quick question to 'easyclean', what would you say your hit rate is with your leaftlet?

Many Thanks
Dave.
